Still dealing with my graaduate school trying to get my transcript sent to this provider who insists on doing everything by the book. I started this process a week ago. The temporary password I was given last time did not work, and the password I use most often did not work. I called the school again this morning, telling them I never received another temporary password, and was told to check my spam folder. There were only three emails in it, and that wasnt one of them, so I called him back and told him so. Hopefully, I will receive a temporary password soon. This self serve is supposed to make this easier, but for me so far it has been a nightmare. I have been trying to have my transcript sent for a week now.
