Still reading up on carbs & diabetics.....my breakfast of bacon sausage scrambled egg tomato mushrooms & brown bread toasted is only 5 carbs, also found out most sites recommend a female over 50 needs 130 carbs a day to stay healthy......I doubt if Ive been making 50 a day so now got to work out how to put more carbs in my diet without affecting the sugars....found a great site living with diabetes.....it is packed with hundreds of recipes for every occasion I shall certainly be trying some out!
