Stolen Valor Chris Maddeford (who sent me a cease and desist letter) just attempted to post a picture that would have made a defamation of character suit a lay down for even the worst attorney. Whoever is giving him the idea that this type of behavior is beneficial should probably stop. Im not posting it but Ill be sure to hang onto it. I guess when you commit a crime under the Stolen Valor act of 2013 its ok to lash out at anyone that was a witness to at least two written attempts to defraud. How about whoever has the angry criminals ear to slow your roll. You are just goading him into greater and greater liability. Maybe you should tell him to admit his actions were intended to defraud and take his medicine. It is easier to deflect attention with a stream of lies I suppose. Heres the letter he sent: Dear Todd & Kristy:This CEASE AND DESIST ORDER is to inform you that your harassing and intimidating actions against me has become unbearable. Such anti-social behavior is completely unacceptable and will not be tolerated in any way, shape or form. This letter is to demand that your harassment and intimidation must CEASE AND DESIST immediately. Should you continue to pursue these activities in violation of this CEASE AND DESIST ORDER, we will not hesitate to pursue further legal action against you, including, but not limited to, civil action and/or criminal complaints.Please be aware you have violated hippa law by illegal gaining access to part of my medical records and posting information online and calling all my friends and family. You have been harassing myself family and friends via phone calls and Facebook since June 9, 2014. You have also been slandering my name,Please note that I have a right to remain free from your intimidating tactics, and we will take the responsibility upon ourselves to protect that right. Note that a copy of this letter and a record of its delivery will be stored.
