Stop saying you want to lose weight: Because losing weight is not about losing weight. Its about being able to change the actions you take in relation to what you put in your mouth. How much you move your body is also relevant, but mostly its about what you put in your mouth. Its about changing what you CHOOSE to do when you are tired, bored, restless, sad, anxious, over it, happy, socializing, celebrating, being on holidays, feeling low, recuperating from illness, being at restaurants, eating at other peoples houses, recovering from things that happen to you, being alone, feeling lonely, feeling excited or whatever else. Its about stopping saying but I want it and working out what you really want. Food choices affect brain chemistry. Plan what you are going to CHOOSE to eat, prepare it in advance and just do it. You know you feel better when you make the best choice for your body.
