Stopped in Kogan Plaza on my tour to wrap up and answer any questions. Middle aged man and his son approach my group and ask who Kogan was. I answer to the best of my ability which causes him to smirk and say, wow, most people just call me some dead guy who gave a bunch of money to GW. He then introduced himself to my group as Barton Kogan and spoke to them for a few minutes before shifting over to admire a plaque with his name on it.
