Strange things are happening up there at the Emirates n it baffles - TopicsExpress

Strange things are happening up there at the Emirates n it baffles me to see a spirit of determination n sportsmanship here like never before. Well pals I told you that the deadline day summer signing was a coup, DW was superb through the middle last night in Switzerland n its a matter of time that you will see his true colors at Arsenal. The boy will get even better owing to the fact that our style of play suits him best, the likes of Walcott n Ox will largely benefit from his deft touch n sleekness in front of goal not forgetting his pace, did u see his 2nd goal last night? He has composure n the skill to threaten Thiery Henry in the coming days n I know Wenger will polish him up. The atmosphere at the Emirates is wild n I guess they (players) must be smoking something up there. When you hear sanogo saying that DW is going to have to fight it out with him upfront, Poldy saying start me n win trophies, Campel amazed by Carzolas skill with both feet it tells u that competition is high n rife at the Emirates n this is a signal that now Arsenal are going to be a force to reckon with n that starts with the Citizens this weekend, they will be massacred. That goes for Dortmund as well mid next week. The players have sky high confidence n are working on rhythm. If DW stays fully fit by January when OG comes back, we might as well win the league by mid March next year. What I can say is that over a couple of years we have had a squad with strange names n players. Now that is history, last year we were seven points adrift of PL champs bearing in mind that we had a thin squad and only OG as our out n out sticker who suffered a burn out towards March. Coupling that up with injuries to Walcott n Ramsey who were core to our winning ways, we were nowhere near Chelsea, City n Liverpool on manpower but also bearing in mind that we lost five games against these teams who had a staggering amount of strength on their bench. This time round we have depth n strength, considering Ox, Campel, Poldy, Walcot n Rosicky and DW n Sanogo, Chambers & Hector. You cant afford to dream big big big indeed, well in Kenya there is a saying that, If you are not doing the right thing, then do the thing right!! DK is still at large in terms of looking for employment n anything is possible. Thank you folks.
