☆Strengthen that core!☆ ●10 leg lifts (use hands to make small triangle under your tailbone to modify) ●extended leg hundreds (extend legs, and lift shoulders off floor, contracting your abdomen, and flutter your hands until you reach 100 flutters or for an entire minute) ●5 side plank dips (each side) ●10 regular plank hip-to-floors (start in plank position, rotate left hip to floor, return to plan, rotate right him to floor, return to starting position) ●10 full plank knee crunches (start in full plank position, keeping your back straight, bring in your right knee and contract abdomen, return to plank, and repeat alternating legs) ☆Repeat circuit x3 with a one minute rest between each full circuit. Tag three friends and challenge them to do this with you. :)
