Strong Points in the Book: 1- Regarding the word "massacres" in the title of the book: The book already published on May 17, 2013, under the title “Les effets juridiques des massacres commis contre les Arméniens en 1915 et leurs modes de résolutions judiciaires et extrajudiciaires possibles” (Legal Publishing SADER) makes a deep study of the "Armenian question " from a legal point of view; offering at the end of the book a solution based on international law and the rights of the Armenian people. 2- The existence of genocide in 1915 in the written law: The "crime of genocide" was adopted in 1948 by the UN. And before that date, the crime was not part of international conventional law (i.e. the law written in codes). So in 1915, the crime was not written in the criminal law. And according to a well-known principle in law, cannot be considered a crime if there is no text or no code that speaks about this crime (no crime without text). 3- On the nuanced role of the Armenian State: It is clear in the book, the insufficient and mitigating role of the Armenian state and especially the problem of corruption in Armenia, and its negative effects on a possible resolution of the "Armenian case", showing reports prepared by Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) and the NGO Transparency International, particularly given that it is the Armenian state that has the quality to take a legal action or seek a remedy on a formal legal level and at the level of international organizations. 4- On the personal contribution "recognition / remission" Similarly, the "remission" which appears in the personal contribution of my book is absolutely conditioned by a Turkish "recognition" of the Armenian genocide. And this "recognition" must comply with the well-known historical truths and rights of the Armenians and recognized by the world, such as compensation, respect for independence and self-determination of the Nagorno-Karabakh, restitution of Armenian cultural, religious, historical properties and others.
