Student Nurse Natalie recently went on a self-funded 2-week trip to Skiathos (Greece) to help the cat population. She volunteered with Skiathos Cat Welfare and in her time there, she helped to neuter 52 cats, treated approximately 50 cats & kittens with cat flu and treated over 100 cats for fleas and worms. The team also visits the designated feeding stations around the island to feed the cats (approx. 250) twice daily. Natalie was able to take a suitcase full of medicines and equipment with her for the charity thanks to the kind donations from CVG and drug companies. The trip is becoming an annual event for Natalie and she will no doubt be volunteering next year - and as you can see there are many cats who need the charities help.
