Studying the names of God can do wonders for a wrong attitude or feelings of fear. Such names as Elohim,{Creator}... El Elyon {The God Most High, Ruler of this Universe}, El Shaddai, {The All-Sufficient One}, not to mention El Roi {The God who Sees}.....He is also called King (Psalm 47:7), Rock, this means that God is unchanging and strong (Deuteronomy 32:3-4) Fortress Turn your ear to me, come quickly to my rescue; be my rock of refuge, a strong fortress to save me (Psalms 31:2) Husband, (this refers to H is faithful love for His people ; (Isaiah 54:5 and Jeremiah 3:14) He is our Shepherd (Psalm 23:1, He is our Father.....(Matthew 7:11) There are actually 365 different names of God in the Bible and we can depend on every aspect of those names.....Grateful this morning, thinking about standing in the ER waiting room and praying with friends and family for Ed and his family.
