Sub: Further updates on APRS Lepakshi occasion Dear friends, How are you doing!! :) !!! Hope everyone is illustrious about the last time meet (Happened on Sep 2012, major concern was to participate actively each & everyone in Lepakshi school Silver Jubilee celebrations; as we are going to successfully completing 25 years its established. Earlier than that, intended to pass this good news to all our school mates from end to end of all potential channels like FB, mail, call, verbal and other media in a wide range… . Later we took responsibility of scattering the news batch wise co-coordinators, in a planned and structured way. Also to create a website for our school having user registration and an admin view as well to ease our communication.) This is to enlightening that, we had next significant meeting of our school old pupils at Lepakshi School on 6th Jul 2013 (Saturday). This time, deliberately had attendees from 1991 to 2006; really a pleasant and cheerful moment to glimpse Dr.Murali Mohan M.B.B.S (1994) & some Ex. SPL’s as well. !! Here is some good progress about the initiative taken as of this meeting day: (6th Jul 2013, Saturday.) ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1. Formed a temporary team and took responsibility to spread the message batch wise. 2. Successfully collected and about to digitalize the data of batch wise students and their communication addresses. 3. Our school web site is getting designed rapidly. And here is briefing about the consequent meet: --------------------------------------------------------------- Venue: School 1. Enhanced our temporary team with additional responsibilities (like telling about the Jubilee celebrations of the school, coordinating, telling the dates, etc….) 2. Formal registering of our school (plus students) association, with sufficient committee members. 3. Finish the major necessities for the website sooner. 4. Approximate date has decided for 25 Years silver jubilee celebrations: B/W Nov Last week & Dec first week of the year 2013. 5. Other arrangement plans which will be finalized & should be communicated to all.
