Subject: Town of Florence Utility Bill Where are the citizens saving money. This months bill surely does not reflect any savings what so ever. How can you justify how you say that citizens are going save money on trash services when the town increases the cost of sewer and water rates. Explain a twenty dollar increase on my sewage bill. A Fifteen dollar increase on my water bill. How can you tell the citizens of this town they will save money when you lower the rates on the sewer and increase the sewage and water rates. So when it comes down to it your bill either comes out the same with citizens paying basically the same as before if not more on thier bill. Get real. Tell the people when it comes to it The Town of Florence utility bill there is no such thing as Saving money for the citizens.
