Such a horrible city Delhi is, The administration is very poor, i never thought the capital city would be like this. The people are with least common sense urinating publicly and the roads are like garbage bins. You need to wait in the Que for 20 hrs to get the tatkal train reservation tickets at New Delhi railway station. Such a pathetic administration, Sheela with more than a decade in the ruling you made this city worse to live. The worst thing i observed is a teenage guy of not more than 15 years was smoking in the public garden of Rajpath behind Rashtrapati Bhavan and in front of India Gate. Such a shame on Government for allowing a teenage boy to smoke publicly right behind Parliament. Child labors and Orphans collecting empty water bottles in Trains and on Train routs of the city to refill them with non distilled water to sell them in the market at same price of a new bottle which spoil the healths of buyers.
