Sugar is a drug..... I am one of those who rides the sugar roller coaster and know the effects of trying to come off sugar and it is brutal. The best thing I ever did for myself was to stop drinking soda decades ago. There will be moments of a Dr. Pepper here and there, but the after effects is terrible. I cant imagine what peoples bodies go through if they drink Big Gulps everyday (especially children). And that is just SODA.... Watching this one Wendell Fowler... The biggest aha moment you taught in one of your classes: One soda suppresses your immune system for 24 hours. WOW.
