Suit No. FHC/OW/CS/114/2013: Incorp Trustees of Bilie Human Rights Initiative Representing Indigenous People of Biafra vs Federal Government of Nigeria and Attorney-General of the Federation: I hereby notify all Biafran activists and friends/supporters of Biafra that the hearing of the case shall resume on 25 Oct 2013. Please we would like to use this opportunity to emphasize that all indigenous people of Biafra have been brought under the control and supervision of the Supreme Council of Elders which operates through the human rights organization known as Bilie Human Rights Initiative (BHRI), often called by its first name, Bilie. The Council of Elders was constituted into a government under customary law to oversee and control the affairs of the Biafrans who are in Court with the Federal Government of Nigeria to ensure orderliness, decorum and obedience to the rule of law so that the Biafrans do not take the laws into their hands. The Chairman of the Supreme Council of Elders is His Royal Majesty, the Honourable Justice Eze Ozobu (rtd), while the Deputy Chairman is Dr Dozie Ikedife. The Secretary of the Council of Elders is Col Joe Achuzia (rtd). Other members of the Council are Elders with impeccable character from all parts of Biafraland which are involved in the Biafra Struggle. You are therefore advised to obey the Government of Indigenous People of Biafra headed by the Supreme Council of Elders. You are advised to become a member of the human rights organization representing the Indigenous People of Biafra and be protected under the human rights law. Bilie Human Rights Initiative is registered both by the Nigerian Government and by the United Nations Department of Economic and Social Affairs (ECOSOC) to advocate for the rights of indigenous people of Biafra. Bilie Human Rights Initiative holds it’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) every year and files its Annual Returns at the Corporate Affairs Commission. It is a regulated organization that ensures accountability, transparency, integrity and orderliness in its advocacy for the rights of indigenous people of Biafra to self-determination. Thank you!
