Sulu PPO opens PIOC and PIC Classes for 2014 Today November 5, 2014 - Sulu Police Provincial Office as supported by the Sulu Provincial government under the leadership of its Governor Abdusakur Totoh Tan and Vice-Governor Abdusakur Mahail Tan concretize into possibility the conduct of Countries Specialized inteligence course for PNP. the Police Inteligence Officers Course (for PNP commissioned officers) and Police Inteligence Course (for PNP non - commissioned officers) conducted its joint opening ceremony for the formal and official presentation of the students at the sametime the official opening of the classes which will run for three consecutive (3) months. The Sulu PPO provincial director PSSUPT ABRAHAM BUENAFE ORBITA welcomes Sulu vice - governor Abdusakur Mahail Tan whom serve as the guest of honor and speaker for the event together with Inteligence Task Group Director PSSUPT PEDRO ZABATE GABAYAN who had undertaken the official declaration of students for PIOC CL 2014 - 75 and PIC CL 2014 - 119. Sulu vice governor tan ensures Sulu Provincial Governments commitment to continuously support PNP programs and undertakings towards professionalizing the police force and further strenghthen its capability to effectively and efficiently deliver quality police service. Its my longtime dream to have the police skills enhancement training be held here in our province and were willing to spend for its cause. Local Government will be useless without effective and efficient law enforcements as the vice-governor said during his speech. he even offer to maintain financial support to PNP lawyers who can be assign to Sulu to serve as councils to defend PNP personnel facing cases. The Training will officially commence on november 6, 2014 and will end on January 2015.
