Summary of Zechariah: Zechariah urges the Jewish people to rebuild their temple - and anticipate the Messiah. Zechariah has many visions, therefore prophecies, of the coming Messiah, including the end-times of a final battle over Jerusalem. The focus is on Gods judgment of the nations, then salvation of Jerusalem and the final celebration. Knowing that many of Zechariahs specific prophecies were fulfilled in Jesus, we can believe that his other predictions of the end-times will come true, too.
