Summer 2015 Group Director (Rakaz) The Koby Mandell Foundation (kobymandell.org) is looking for a Group Director (Rakaz) for co-ed secular summer programs in Israel for North American teens. The program runs throughout the month of July into the 1st week of August. Job Includes: 1. Travelling with the group as it tours Israel. 2. Supervising the groups Educational and touring program. 3. Involvement with recruiting counselors. Required qualifications and skills: 1. At least 6 years of supervisory and programmatic experience in formal or informal education. 2. Experience working with North American teens, an advantage. 3. Experience in leading staff. 4. Fluent and articulate (speaking and writing) in Hebrew and English. 5. Knowledge of Israels tour sites and Hikes, an advantage Preparation time in the spring is flexible and can accommodate various schedules and obligations.
