Summer River Trips Unfortunately, due to technical problems with the engines on board the ‘Pride of the Tyne’ ferry we have had to cancel 3 of our Summer River Trips until this is repaired. The 3 cancelled dates are: • Fish & Chip Trip (Friday, 14 June) • Afternoon River Trip (Sunday, 16 June) • Tyne Tour (Friday, 21 June) We’re really sorry for any inconvenience. If you have already bought a ticket our Customer Services staff will be in touch with you soon. There are, however, many more dates to choose from so hopefully we can transfer you to another suitable date. Visit nexus.org.uk/ferry/river-trips. Please note: our other ferry, the ‘Spirit of the Tyne’, will continue to operate its normal daily passenger service between North Shields and South Shields. There is no disruption to this service.
