Sunday November 10th Pastor David Okoye says: SUPER SUFFICIENT “Not that we are sufficient of ourselves to think anything as of ourselves; but our sufficiency is of God;” -2 Corinthians 3: 5 Our opening scripture today is the ground on which the God-child can boldly stand and declare the mind overwhelming truth that we can do all things through Christ which strengthens us. The apostle Paul teaching at Corinth steered the hearts of the brethren there, to the knowledge of the fact that of their own will and strength they were highly incompetent and insufficient, but that their sufficiency was of God. Now this is where some of Gods children have brought their knowledge level to, but have not moved past this point. They are well aware that God is their sufficiency but have not realized that he has endued them with grace which enables them to act out this sufficiency. This truth is amplified in 2 Corinthians 9:8, scripture says:” And God is able to make all grace abound toward you; that ye, always having all sufficiency in all things may abound to every good work” this is a most glorious reality that all of Gods children must choose to live in. Though our sufficiency is of God, he has enabled us with grace to have his sufficiency in ourselves, with the ability to effect changes in ourselves and world. Remember our sufficiency is in all things, not Just some but all; in your health, life, academics, relationship, finances etc. Choose to maintain the “I can do all things” confession and attitude, all through life, for you have been made super sufficient. PRAYER Dear Father, I am super thankful for the grace you have given me, causing me to supper sufficient and competent in all things. I make great progress by Gods Spirit, as I daily meditate and effect this truth in my life. REFERENCE SCRIPTURE: Philippians 4:13 GLORY!!!
