Sunday Sports Shocker Status. While the Kansas City Chiefs are standing atop the AFC West as the NFLs last undefeated team, Broncos (6-1) are going home to tweak a defense that has given up an average of 35 points and 419 yards over the past three weeks. After winning against the Dallas Cowboys in Week 5, by scoring 51 points whilst surrendering 48, I expressed my concerns about Denvers D leading to a loss sooner or later. Looks like I was right. Peyton Manning finished 29 of 49 for 386 yards with three TDs and one interception. The Indianapolis Colts (5-2) victory reveals how the Denver Broncos can be indeed beaten: that pass defense, yeeesh. Amazingly, under 2nd Year QB Andrew Luck, who threw 3 TDs and ran for another, the Colts havent lost consecutive games yet.
