Sunday is my goal setting day. Using my Fitbook, I look at my week and determine the good and the not so good, and assess if my goals were too lofty, if I just dropped the ball, or if I kicked butt. Then, I create goals for the upcoming week. Some weeks are better than others; it just depends! The way the fitbook is designed, allows the individual three types of goals: a nutrition goal, a fitness goal, and a other goal (mine is usually centered around water consumption) for a 12 week period, and again each week. Creating weekly goals makes the large 12-week goal less daunting, and allows you to reward yourself for accomplishing the smaller goals that will eventually lead you to your larger goal.
