Sundays are the best days to relax, refocus and plan for the week ahead. For me, this week will require additional planning between travel for work, starting a new fitness challenge group and the last week before school starts for the kids. My two tips for staying orgnanized are making sure I have measured individual packs of healthy snacks helps to keep me full between meals and helps me from consistently overindulging and keeping lists on my Google Task List (accessible from all my electronic devices). What kind of weekly prep tools do all of you use?
