Sunshine today failed to do much for the temperatures. The high at OHare reached 35. And tonight the low will probably drop to around 22 or 23. Upper air temperature forecasts for Monday look colder than Saturday--so this opens up the possibility of a little lake effect snow late Monday. Probably not much accumulation but worth noting if you live along the lakeshore, especially the downtown to northwest Indiana coastlne. Tuesday and Wednesday look very cold with highs in the teens and low 20s. Next Saturday there is a chance of rain changing over to snow. This is another one of those to far away to be certain situations. But its a good idea to keep an eye on this one. Have a wonderful night...and stay warm.
