Super fresh dinner...Pasta dish made with chicken broth that I saved (froze it) from baking a locally raised organic chicken last week (seasoned with lemon, wine, and herbs), sauteed chicken, chopped local Hanover tomatoes bought at a stand down the road with an honor box to pay for what you take, fresh basil from my herb garden, and sweet italian sausage from my friends recent slaughter of a hog. (Also has locally grown vidalia onions that are chopped and sauteed with button mushrooms.) Then topped with fresh graded parmesan. I cant wait until my hubby gets home so that we can eat! It smells and tastes so good! (Used campanelli pasta - so pretty!)
