Superior Series SK-40 Paring Knife This is a 4 paring knife. It looks like a miniature version of the Santoku knife. This can be used as a paring knife and as a small utility knife as well. The tilted up handle and taller blade gives greater knuckle clearance so that it can be used on the cutting board to chop and slice small items.
