Supervillian Fight Club! Part dos! For those who dont find this sort of thing particularly interesting, I do apologize. Its getting into the craziest time of the year at my real job and Im sort of exhausted mentally when I get home these days. So the next month or so is going to be fairly light on content, but hopefully youll still get a few things that bring a smile to your face. Bane vs. Sabretooth Both of these guys are known as being among the most physically imposing and dogged adversaries of two of the toughest and most popular superheroes ever. Victor Creed is Wolverines hated nemesis, and has an almost identical mutation, complete with a healing factor that makes him almost impossible to kill. Bane is a brilliant strategist in the peak of human condition, but with the aid of Venom becomes superhumanly strong. This is a tough one, as I feel the Venom and skill of Bane gives him an advantage over the savagery of Sabretooth... but a healing factor is tough to beat. I know it would be really fun to read though. Circe vs. Enchantress I always try to highlight some female characters when I do these fight clubs, and this time isnt going to be any different. In this case, Im featuring two mischevious magicians who have proven to be a problem to divine heroes. Amora the Enchantress has been the antagonistic would-be romantic interest of Thor, and is one of the most gifted sorcerers in Asgard (behind Loki) and one of my favorite Marvel baddies. Circe is based on the Greek goddess from Homers Odyssey, and is one of Wonder Womans more underrated enemies. This is a war of words and petty magic tricks that I could probably watch for years. Id probably give the slight edge to Enchantress just because shes a bit more ruthless in her magic, while Circe usually just wants to create chaos to entertain himself.
