Supervisors OK conditional plan for natural gas well October 15, 2014 By JENNIFER COOPER (jcooper@sungazette), Williamsport Sun-Gazette The Loyalsock Township supervisors approved a conditional plan to begin development of an Inflection Energy gas well site at 1359 Palmer Hill Road at their meeting Tuesday night. The most recent plan for the site was presented to the board, with conditions that Larson Design believes need to be addressed before development can begin. Inflection has agreed to comply with all of the items that Larson Design thinks are outstanding. They items include a run with the land document that solicitor Charles F. Greevy III explained assures that what the supervisors have agreed on will happen on that land is adhered to regardless of whether the owner of the property changes or Inflection Energy sells its share in the land.
