J&K government is advised that for the sake of transparency it should host on its web site the details of assessed losses/ damages, funds spent for restoration and details of relief provided. These details should be provided District, Tehsil, Niyabat, Panchayat and Department wise. This way it would be open to public scrutiny and allegations minimised. The Omar Abdullah government is defunct but continues to be corrupt. Last ditch effort by its ministers and functionaries to fill their coffers. The CM should resign before the public anger explodes.
