Surah No. 3, Al Imraan, Ayat No.135 وَالَّذِينَ إِذَا فَعَلُواْ فَاحِشَةً أَوْ ظَلَمُواْ أَنْفُسَهُمْ ذَكَرُواْ اللّهَ فَاسْتَغْفَرُواْ لِذُنُوبِهِمْ وَمَن o يَغْفِرُ الذُّنُوبَ إِلاَّ اللّهُ وَلَمْ يُصِرُّواْ عَلَى مَا فَعَلُواْ وَهُمْ يَعْلَمُونَ Translation : And those, when they have committed an evil deed, or wronged themselves with evil, ask Allah for forgiveness for their sins,―and who can forgive sins except Allah?,―And they never persist knowingly on what wrong they have done.
