Surgery is not always the answer! I have a client that was told that she needed Bariatric surgery if she wanted to live another 15 years. She was scared of the operation and came to me for help. In just over 5 weeks she has lost 17lbs of fat and gets to drop one of her blood pressure medications on Monday. Nothing makes my job more worth it than when medical doctors tell my clients to keep up with whatever they are doing, cause its working. Imagine that...eating healthy and working out helps to get you off of medications. Sorry CVS & Walgreens! Kick ass job Misty! Bigger changes are coming!
