Surgery went exceptionally well today. It took 1/2 the expected time and they were able to successfully remove everything - including many lymph nodes around the kidney. McKoy has mostly been sleeping since the surgery, hes waking every now and then for short periods of time. Christy said hes pretty uncomfortable and not too happy about things in general at this point- but, praise The Lord that nasty tumor is all out! As soon as hes recovered from surgery they will resume chemo and then start radiation. Thanks for all the prayers.
