Susanne McAllister is feeling excited She would like to ask your help in spreading the word about a new Mother and Daughter 8 week program, that she will be starting at the 22nd of July 2014 every Tuesday at 6.30 pm from Pathways Wellness Centre in Maroochydore. It’s called “Heart of the Matter” and is suitable for daughters between 11 and 18 years. The aim of the group is to make a change, enhance communication, promote empathy and to reduce stress! It is also about creating joy in the relationship and understanding at this stage in life. There will be lots of laughter too!
