Sweaty Betty PR is on the search for a showroom co-ordinator to join our team – and well only settle for the best. We want a hard-working, efficient, and dedicated individual to take on this coveted position, with a view to learning the ropes at Australias premier fashion, beauty and lifestyle PR agency and forging a career in communications. Our ideal candidate will already have showroom co-ordinator experience, and a degree in communications/media studies. An organised nature and desire to learn is a must - you will hit the ground running from day one and be overseeing a showroom space which houses over 20 brands, a 10-strong PR team, and media appointments daily. A knowledge or understanding of the Fashion GPS sample system is desirable but not essential. Sweaty Bettys showroom co-ordinators provide vital support for our busy PR agency. No two days are the same for these multi-tasking PR trainees, and main duties include assisting our team of publicists writing and brainstorming for our brands, pulling product calls, merchandising our showroom to the standard of a top department store, and blogging, Tweeting, updating Facebook for the Sweaty Betty brand and our portfolio. This is an ideal foot in the door and your key to entering the exciting world of Fashion and Lifestyle PR - but note that we are looking for a candidate who will make the role their own and become an indispensable support to our Publicists.
