To participate in the contest, participants must upload before Cleaning and after Cleaning photos to Clean India Face book page. Please refer to the terms and conditions herein, which will bind the participants and winners of the contest. • Each participant may upload multiple entries • Registration and participation is only open to Indian residents aged 13 years and above with a valid email address To participate in this Contest, participants are required to share images of their contribution to Clean India facebook Page in the following manner: When you see an unclean area, take a picture. Clean the area, take a picture during the act and after the area is clean, take a picture of it. And merge all pictures and upload it to Clean India FACEBOOK page. Mentioning the location is compulsory. All participants/winners are required to: • Provide your contact details and address details to Clean India for contacting you and verifying your details. Any incomplete registration form or incorrect entry will be automatically disqualified • The Organizer reserves the right to ascertain if the participant is a legitimate entrant and reserves the right to disqualify the contestant and his/her entries, and the next best participant will be selected. Entrants undertake that they shall not bring any claims or actions against the Organizer or its related and associated companies, whether in contract, tort or otherwise. Participants also agree that the Organizer shall not be responsible nor liable for any delay, injury or damage to the participants and/or any third partys computer, computer system or apparatus relating to or resulting from the access to, participation in this Contest, including the playing, downloading of any materials or information from the Website and in connection with this Contest, submission for this Contest, including without limitation any server failure, lost, delayed or corrupted data or other malfunction. All transportation, accommodation, personal costs and/or any other costs, fees and/or related expenses that are incurred to participate in this Contest and to redeem the prize is the sole responsibility of the winner. The Organizer reserves the right to pursue legal action against any individual it believes has undertaken fraudulent activities or other activities harmful to this online Contest and the Contest submission process. Below is a partial list of content that is illegal or prohibited to be posted on the Website. Posting of any of this content by the participant may, in the Organizer’s sole discretion, result in disqualification of participation. In addition, the Organizer reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action, in its sole discretion, against anyone who violates this provision, including without limitation, removing the offending communication from Face book comments and reporting such violators to the appropriate legal authorities. Prohibited content includes, but is not limited to, contents which, in the Organizer’s sole judgment:- • is offensive to the online community, such as content that promotes racism, politically religious agendas, inflammatory religious content, violence, foul language, bigotry, hatred or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual; harasses or advocates harassment of another person; • involves the transmission of junk mail, chain letters, spam, or any other unsolicited mass mailing, e-mailing, or other communication; • Includes any information that [1] the participant knows is false or misleading, [2] promotes illegal activities or conduct that is abusive, or [3] is threatening, obscene, defamatory, or libelous; The Organizer’s decisions are final and no correspondence thereon will be entertained. By participating in this Contest, participants agree to be bound by this Contest Terms and Conditions, and the decisions of the Organizer. This T&C represents the entire agreement between the parties relating to the Contest or the Prize (unless otherwise expressly confirmed in writing by the Organizer) and supersede all prior representations, agreements, negotiations or understandings (whether oral or in writing). Except as specifically set out herein, all conditions, warranties and representations expressed or implied by law are excluded. For the avoidance of doubt, no information of any nature about the Contest or the Prize or any of these T&C should be relied upon unless confirmed in writing by the Organizer.
