Swimming lessons start today! When I was just a tween I went to the cottage with a friend and her uncle, we took a boat out and when we all jumped out I couldnt get back in the boat and was dragged under it. This one incident stopped me from getting back into the water for more than a decade. It was only five years ago my dear Louisa Ward took me to the pool and taught me enough to get comfortable and I could swim laps. From there I found a new love for the seas in my own backyard and with it a giant SUP board or a surfboard! I would never have believed you if you told me even four years ago Id be pursuing my goal as a SUP YOGA instructor. The time has come to take lessons again with the next challenge.
