Switzerland regularly tops Transparency and Low Corruption studies. Does this mean that the Swiss have a clean system? Switzerland held secret Nazi money. It is the not-so-secret repository of the most toxic money from all over the world,including from some Indians! The Swiss collect this corrupt money at low interest rates and lend it out to the world at high rates—and are rated to be the cleanest society! A sceptic would consider this to be a kind of legal hawala, is it not? And comes the clincher ... Sweden is closing prisons due to lack of prisoners. In Sweden,prisons are for rehabilitation,not for punishment. No death penalty,no crime. What would you call this ?
