Sylvan Grove Hospital will be having their annual health fair - TopicsExpress

Sylvan Grove Hospital will be having their annual health fair today here at the Administration Building Auditorium. This health fair is FREE to the public and includes a battery of health tests that normally would cost several hundred dollars at the doctors office. Think of this as a free annual checkup with a physician consult at the end to go over test results. Times are 8:00 AM until 11 AM. Sylvan Grove provides this as a free service to the community each fall. If you have not been to your doctor for a checkup in a while or just want to get updated health markers and blood work, dont miss this opportunity! The tests that will be offered include Bone Density, Blood Glucose, Total Cholesterol, Grip/Strength, Body Mass Index (height, weight, body fat%), Lung Capacity and Blood Pressure. Information will also be given out on Breast and Colorectal Cancer Awareness, Stroke Education, Pharmacist to consult on medication questions, Nurse and Physician consults to review medical screening results and more.
