Synergy meet the Eugene’s 5:30 pm COTW Erin. Talk about the definition of an athlete. She attacks a workout with a never quit non stop approach. A wife, mom and teacher are all hats that she wears and wears them well. Now she is also a Synergy athlete. She is dedicated strong and flat out amazing! And she always brings the guns to camp! You go sis! We are so proud of you! Check out her thoughts on Camp. When I started Synergy 4 months ago I planned on using my 6-week Groupon and that was pretty much going to be it. After my 6-weeks had ended I could not believe the changes both physically and mentally that I had achieved. As a teacher/wife/mom I got in the habit of always taking care of everyone else and never took time for myself. The 45 minutes that I am at camp everyday is the one time in the day that is MY time. I quickly realized what a positive effect this was having mentally and knew that I had to continue to make it a priority. Now I literally plan my entire day around what time I am going to camp! I love that it no longer takes me FOREVER to find something to wear because Nothing fits. I can finally wear all of the cute clothes that have been collecting dust in my closet! Thanks Synergy! Its more like Thank you for choosing us and sharing your life with us. We are so grateful. Congrats sis! Keep bringing the best every day. You are a shining example of dedication and focus in action.
