TAEKWONDO MIND : Corruption can occur on different scales. There is corruption that occurs as small favours between a small number of people like lebanese Taekwondo members (petty corruption), corruption that affects the national Team on a large scale (grand corruption), and corruption that is so prevalent that it is part of the every day structure of society, including corruption as one of the symptoms (systemic corruption).same as president and her secretaire,so we can call lebanese Taekwondo corruption house and best place for three kinds of corruption...when they select players according to their mood so this a three kinds of corruption and you pick one...all work in our Taekwondo lebanese Federation
