TAFF Tutor Training TAFF—Taking Action for the Future is our intensive course designed to help students prepare for college level reading and writing, and to pass the Compass entrance exam for admission to Pulaski Tech. TAFF instructor Faye Graham will host a TAFF Tutor Training workshop on Saturday, May 31 from 10:00 am to 12:00 in the LACA classroom on the 5th floor of the main library in downtown Little Rock. Please bring your laptop if you have one so we can set you up with Google docs for the summer course. You will need a GMAIL account for this app! If you don’t have a GMAIL account, please set up a GMAIL account before the workshop if possible. Our summer TAFF class will run from Monday, June 2nd through Thursday, July 24th. Tutoring takes place on Tuesday and Thursday from 10:30-11:30 (same as last summer). We will hold class and tutoring in Room 102 of the Business & Technology Building on the Pulaski Tech campus in North Little Rock. All tutors will receive a Teacher’s Edition of our textbook, and all assignments will be posted in advance on our Google Doc’s drive. We need at least TEN tutors for the summer TAFF class.
