✨TAG SOME FRIENDS✨ Todays challenge workout is for the lower body! These moves can be done with body weight or with weights if you have them. Be sure to move slowly and controlled throughout each movement. If your able to, step up the pace for an extra caloric burn! __________________________________________ Complete each move shown for 1 minute (single leg lunges are to be completed for 30 seconds each leg). Rest 30 seconds between each move. Rest 1 minute at the end of the circuit. 1 circuit = 6 minutes 30 seconds. compete the circuit 4-5 times for max effect. __________________________________________ Need a quick workout?
