TARA-GRACE UPDATE She should be on her way to the trauma clinic now but she has spent a relatively comfortable night. Her fractures have been set and her arms put in a temporary plaster cast so she can be transported without any pain. Luckily, the fractures are contained and clean. Her skin is unbroken but obviously bruised and there are some abraisions. We have high hopes for a full but slow recovery. We are still waiting for the blood test results. The bill for the emergency vet care has already been paid - here is a copy for you see. We dont yet know how much all of Taras treatment will cost but we estimate that the operation alone will be in the region of between 1.200 and 1.500 Euros.
