Try these 3 exercises, 2 rounds, at the end of your training sesh and turn UP the BURN! 1. Pistol rolls with a plyo! I did 12 2. Front, side, back lunges for speed. 8-12 each leg. 3. Long jumps: 20 Tag a friend who loves legday!
