Te Vaka Ma Rieeva Nui is a celebration of Cook Islands Heritage, an inaugural outdoor event highlighting the finest Australian-Cook Islands cultural artistic talents. Promoting harmonious social cohesion to reflect the rich, vibrant and diverse cultures in NSW, the event will showcase art & craft stalls, food stalls, information stalls, cultural expressions from other Pacific Island nations, craft demonstrations, exhibition of traditional and contemporary art by young Cook Islands artists spectacular dancing, and many more. Te Maeva Nui festival welcomes families and the wider Australian community, there will be a White Ribbon stall and a chance to find out more information about the work White Ribbon does.
