TEAM CASHE: It is now November 8, 2014. Today is the Ninth Anniversary of the passing of SFC Alwyn C. Cashe. On this tragic day, nine years ago, SFC Cashe transcended his role as a Soldier and joined the list of Heroes of the 1/15th Infantry, the 3rd Infantry Division and the United States Army. SFC Cashes act of selfless valor and heroism merit the award of our Nations highest military award, the Medal of Honor; and, on this day I urge each of us to recommit our efforts and energies to see our Mission through to successful completion. Please take a moment today to remember SFC Cashe, his widow Tamara, and his children Alexis, Andrew and LaJada,his mother Ruby Mae and his brothers and sisters in your thoughts and prayers.
