REMARKS: The course is exactly 30.45 KM 17 checkpoints biking has a total ascent of 160.0 meters and has a maximum elevation of 220.0 meters start area will be at the NEW venue end of NUVALI BOULEVARD!!! Always remember the drills (skill,strength & power) easy ride/high cadence, We are blessed that we have a good training coach for giving the basic knowledge on biking & cycling that tests our endurance & discipline to boost us mentally & physically to give each member a confidence & power to believe to his self that he can face and be ready to battle anytime anywhere!!!
