TECHNICAL SUPPORT POSITION AT OHIO STATE The Cognitive Development Lab at The Ohio State University under the direction of Dr. Vladimir Sloutsky is seeking applicants for a technical support/research assistant position. The lab uses a variety of methodologies, including behavioral, eye tracking, and EEG. The tech support person is expected to play active role in large lab that has general research interests in the development of cognition. The position is for two years with a possibility of reappointment for a third year. A successful candidate must have a BA or BS in engineering, neuroscience, psychology, cognitive science, or related field, working knowledge of Matlab and experience in programming (especially for data analysis in Matlab and/or stimulus presentation in Matlab, E-Prime, or Presentation). Experience with eye tracking and/or EEG is a plus. This is an excellent position for someone who would like to obtain additional research experience before going to graduate school. Primary responsibilities will include assisting other lab members in programming experiments and processing data.
