TENDER NOTICE FOR SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF LABORATORY EQUIPMENTS OF MEDICAL& NURSING: (First published date: 7th Ashoj, 2070 (23rd September, 2013) Project name: Institutional Improvement Project (IIP) Supported by: EVENT Project, Ministry of Education/Government of Nepal Invitation for Bid no: MBMANEVENT-04/70/71 National competitive Bidings (NCB) are invited from registered firms/companies/suppliers/persons for supply and Delivery of Laboratory Equipments of Medicla & Nursing as per the details given below. This notice can also be found at the website mbman.org.np. 1) Particullars of purchasing materials are: a) Demonstraion apparatus of nursing procedure; b) Different Modules of human antomy/physiology and systems; c) Different equipments used in medical procedures; d) Different Equipemts used in Medical Laboratory; e) Different glasswares used in Medical/nursing/laboratory. - Others details can be obtained from tender documents 2) The tenders are required to quote their all inclusive price with all charges (including delivery/loading/un-loading etc) in Nepalese currency only. The maximum bid amount shall be NPR 1,780,000 (In words: NPR One million seven hundred eighty thousand only) and the cost should include all cost of delivery, tax etc. 3) Tender documents can be obtained and purchased on any working days during office hours on the payment of Rs 1000 (Rupees one thousand only non-refundable) from Madan Bhandari Memorial Academy Nepal, Head Office, Mangalbare, Urlabari-6, Morang or Health Science Program office, Tarabari, Damak, Jhapa from 2070/06/07 (23rd September, 2013) to 2070/07/05 (22nd October, 2013). An additional cost of Rs. 500 has to be paid if required to send via post but MBMAN will not be responsible for delay in delivery or non-delivery by postal service whatsoever. 4) Fully completed and sealed tenders must be submitted at the Head Office of Madan Bhandari Memorial Academy Nepal (MBMAN), Mangalbare, Urlabari-6, Morang, not later than 12:00 hours Nepalese time on 6th Kartik, 2070 (23rd October, 2013). Tenders or any part thereof received after the given date/time will not be accepted. 5) Tenders will be opened at the Head Office in presence of representatives of bidders at 13:00 hours on 6th Kartik, 2070 (23rd October, 2013). However, tenders will be opened even if tenderers or their representative remain absent at the scheduled time. 6) Bid bond must be valid for a period of 90 days after the deadline of bid submission and bid bond must be enclosed with the tender which must be counter guaranteed by first class commercial bank of Nepal or bank deposit slip as per the nominated bank as stated in tender document. 7) Tender shall be considered only if the bidders fulfill all the terms and conditions and documents must be accompanied by and compiled with as per tender conditions. 8) The award for the contract will be made to bidder whose bid has been accepted meeting the requirement as per the terms and conditions set forth in tender documents. 9) MBMAN reserves the right to reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason whatsoever.
