TESTING THE ENOCH CALENDAR We need your help. We increasingly receive questions on this calendar. We need to attempt to test this calendar to the Word of God, to determine its validity. We will be including a test in an updated teaching “Time: Our Creator’s Calendar – The Foundation.” It is possible that we could release a more detailed “stand alone” teaching testing the Enoch calendar later, depending on the results of that test or perceived need. Unfortunately, as far as we are aware of, few if any well established Hebrew Roots/Torah teachings exists on calculating the calendar using the “Enoch” method. Before we can test the Enoch Calendar to the Word of God, we need to understand the mechanics of the calendar, and perhaps, if necessary, offshoots or versions of the same calendar. STEP 1: Determine the “equilux” which has equal day and night (Debate on Jerusalem Equilux/March 16th or Astronomical Equilux). That day is the last day of the year. STEP 2: The following day is the first day of the month. Months 1, 2, 4, 5, 7, 8, 10, & 11 contain 30 days. Months 3, 6, 9, & 12 contain 31 days. This amounts to 364 days per year. Regardless that there is an evening and morning, there are one or two “non days” in any given solar cycle, equilux to equilux. STEP 3: The Sabbath begins on the 4th day of the first month, and continues in a seven day pattern from that moment forward, till the next year. For example, this Enoch calendar year, the Sabbath falls on every Tuesday of the Gregorian calendar. For those that understand this calendar, is the above accurate, or inaccurate?
